- on the beach - great staff

- absolutely annoying facility with low cost guests, who do not leave to hotel to spend even a dime outside what have paid for. - very noisy, very very noisy, you can hear the neighbour from the next room through the walls. Lack of privacy at every spot. - screaming children all over the place, extremely loud and most of the time unattended. - the exit sign in the room is on all night, it is so light in the room that it is quite difficult to get asleep. Never seen this before. - the main restaurant is like a canteen, again screaming kids with their families running behind the food. Two possibilities - they to avoid letting someone else rat their piece of chicken or they are simply in a kind of a mode not knowing what they are doing. - visited more than 200 probably 5-star hotels around the world, never seen such a loud and unpleasant hotel. - they start sorting some stuff at 7:00, so get prepared to get up early. - this has nothing in common with a luxury resort. This is a well maintained 4-star hotel. - not even the guest are those who go to and can afford themselves a 5-star hotel. Once again, very unpleasant guests, bad attitude and manners, very loud. As a whole it might be a choice for a short stay for a night or two at 200 Euros per night. But not more than that.

Food is amazing! Rooms are quite big, so great if you travel with children. They have a cozy balcony with nice view. All facilities and the beach are very close to each other. Great sand on the beach but waviness is changing day-by-day, so it depends on the direction of the wind. Nice roof bar with live music.

Air-conditioning was not working in the room so the room has an obvious bad smell. In our first 24h at hotel, we visited 5-6 times by the different hotel personel to understand the issue, each spent a lot of time with almost no opinion about the issue. Then they finally decided to call the technical service on the next day. It could have gone better by calling the technical service at the beginning of the incident or the problem could already be detected before we arrive while room cleaning. We spent a night in that room with a bad smell and high room temperature in summer since they could not offer a room after 16:00, although the reception works for 24h.
