Portes Lithos Luxury Resort

All staff were exceptionally friendly and the hotel, pool and beach were spotless. The buffet was excellent the only negative was the lack of outside tables at dinner. The main restaurant was a bit like a canteen.

The food was awful like so bad I hardly ate it - room service unhealthy choices and no water in my room or nothing in the fridge - the food was like school dinners and for 5 stat this let’s it down

The hotel is located on the beach and has almost all the facilities you need gym, spa, a la carte restaurant, playground, and a big pool. The rooms are big enough and the beds are comfortable. The view it’s amazing! The personnel is very kind and the guest relationship is very helpful. The hotel is paying attention to every detail and feedback coming from the guests and that’s something very valuable since if you find yourself in a challenging situation for sure they will take care of you and that’s how it supposed to be a 5 star hotel! Thank yo the entire team out there including Giota the guests manager. Well done . I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who seeks relaxation and stress free:)

Similar to any hotel, there may be minor issues that arise during the busy season. However, when you have a dedicated hotel team committed to ensuring your stay is enjoyable, all these issues tend to vanish. So, once more, I'd like to commend the entire PortesLithos hotel team, including the manager, for their exceptional service.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely Resort, everything was at a high standard, the rooms very nice, spacious and clean with very comfortable beds and all the facilities that you need, the staff was kind, respectful and always there to help you and assure that you have everything. The food was incredibly tasty, with great quality, everyday we had fish, seafood, beef, turkey, all kind of fresh meats, sauces, salads and desserts, if you wanted to eat 100% healthy, you had plenty of options with grains, chia, vegetables, soups, etc. The pool and beach were great, they always cleaned everything and you had a lot of spaces where you can relax. On the beach you can find equipments for water activities such as jet skis, pedalos, boats, etc. There is a gym as well with a spa where you can book a massage. You have everything you need inside the resort, you don't have to leave it if you don't want to. The ultra all inclusive is definitely worth it, you get a lot of included stuff and at a high quality. It is great value for money. We will return, always, with pleasure. Sending my best regards to the staff, amazing people.

There is nothing that I didn't like. They always organised something to make you feel special and peaceful.

Surpassing expectations, the recently renewed facilities were impeccably clean. The exceptional service and exquisite food, featuring authentic Greek dishes and delightful desserts, left a lasting impression. Ample sunbeds, live music events each evening, and the world's only beach bar with Janis Joplin and Buena Vista Social Club tunes made our experience truly unforgettable.

While our stay was exceptional overall, the a la carte restaurant was a minor disappointment. Surprisingly, the buffet offerings outshined the fare there. We did encounter a few issues such as disrupted room lighting and a damaged mosquito net. Nonetheless, these instances hardly diminish the hotel's excellent rating.

The hotel is wonderful - great rooms, perfect food, amazingly friendly and positive staff, very clean, beautiful. I loved the cards, the pool and beach. Everything was so well balanced. There is a place for water sports that you may rent everything you want from wakeboard to paddle and jet. Highly recommend it.

No such thing

Everything went smooth from arrival to departure, just to simplify my comment here I would just quote what my kid ( 9 years old ) had to say most of the time on our stay: "This hotel knows what I like, because things happen my way!"

More food variety, except the restaurant on the beach which was exceptional food and serve wise, it s a must try at least 2-3 times per stay!
