The Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu

La habitación era muy amplia, estaba muy limpia y era acogedora. El desayuno también bastante completo, y se preocuparon para decirme lo que tenía gluten y lo que no. El gimnasio está bien también.

El pero del hotel es la zona de la piscina sin lugar a dudas. El agua no se veía limpia y la zona exterior estaba descuidada en general. Una pena porque todo lo demás nos gustó mucho, pero esa parte no estaba a la altura.

Geruch im Zimmer wenn Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet (abgestandener Rauch im einen bzw. Abflussgeruch im anderen Zimmer - womöglich hatten wir einfach Pech mit den beiden Zimmern)

部屋に大量のゴキブリが出た。フロントに対応を依頼した後も出続けたので、結局、部屋を変えてもらった。

The staff were exceptionally helpful and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Great facilities and meals. We would definitely stay again. Parking was easy in the hotel grounds.

Séjour globalement excellent ! L’hôtel est superbe, le personnel vraiment aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible. Mention spéciale aux cuisiniers : les repas et le petit déjeuner étaient délicieux. Le spa est également très agréable, avec des masseuses compétentes et bienveillantes.

Le seul petit bémol concerne la salle de bain, qui manque un peu d’aération — on sent que de l’humidité commence à s’installer. Rien de dramatique, mais c’est un point à améliorer.

Nicely renovated property with delightful rooms with all expected facilities and lovely staff. Nice quiet location but close to the city centre. Plenty of parking.
