The facilities (fridge, washers, microwave) were decent. Also appreciated the underground parking.

The manoeuvrability within the parking was difficult due to tight corners and narrow spots. During my 4 day stay, not a single room cleaning/servicing was done. The room wasn’t as clean, when I moved in, as other hotels are in Sydney either. Nasty blankets and linen. I saw a roach in the room as well and asked the staff to at least use bug-spray which, to their credit, they did. Black mould around the shower area as well as the sink. Overall, the stay was pretty horrendous.

The bed wasn't comfortable and the TV in the room wasn't updated and kept cutting out.
