Nice location, service and facilities in the apartment were excellent specially for family. Sure, next family visit to Sydbey I will stay here.

But smell and carpet to be cleaned properly

"Lovely appartments and convenient stay again"

It was a cross the road from Rosehill race track the hotel it self was wonderful had everything we needed parking was easy and a low uber fare into parramatta

A dinning room would be nice for breakfast down stairs

"Great location for a race day"

The facilities in the room were great, kitchenette and washing machine.

Not enough English breakfast tea bags. There was only 1.
