Rooms were great, it had a bath!!!😊 Front reception service team were extremely friendly & helpful. Room facilities were fantastic. Close enough to light rail. 24hr service at reception.

That you've closed the restaurant 😢 It was great the last time we were there & was looking forward to buffet Breaky again!!

Hot pool and gym . Room was clean and comfortable The room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine and laundry detergent, dryer , etc

The electric kettle in the room we were allocated did not work and wifi was glitchy . This are easy fixes.

There was no room service No room cleaning Our first room was dirty and in the middle of renovations Was given no information if I was able to use the families at the hotel ie gym,pool ect. Bathroom fan didn't work in ceiling Toilet didn't flush probably
