I took my daughter to Sydney to the Royal Easter Show. What an absolute bonus it was to see the fireworks from the balcony! Our room also overlooked the race track it was stunning. I had some beautiful photos. The room was absolutely lovely. The staff gave exceptional service even when I had to go down and get more sheets because I spilled coffee on them. The staff were lovely about it. New sheets delivered to the door with more towels and washers. That was above board service. Will absolutely stay there again.

The dryer doesnt dry sheets. Hahaha There is nothing else bad to say. But the site wants more information, so I am typing these sentences to fill the quota.

NOTHING! FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVED!

NO, I HADN’T ASKED FOR A BED TYPE PREFERENCE AS YOU STATED ON YOUR SITE BOOKING.COM!! I SIMPLY ASKED FOR THE ROOM & BATHROOM TO BE VACUUMED AND FREE OF HAIR, LINT, DEBRIS ETC. A CLEAN ROOM IS A STANDARD EXPECTATION OF ANY HOTEL. THERE IS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG IF A PROPERTY CAN’T MANAGE TO BE TRUTHFUL ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT A ROOM HAS BEEN VACUUMED!…AND BEING TOLD THAT IT HAD BEEN DONE WAS AN UNEQUIVOCAL LIE: THERE WAS HAIR IN THE BATHROOM, BATH & CARPETED AREA (ALL PHOTOS INDICATING HOW OLD, DIRTY, BADLY MAINTAINED THIS PROPERTY IS). THE SHOWER CURTAIN IS SO SMALL & SHORT THAT WATER GOES EVERYWHERE. EVEN THE SHOWER HEAD IS OLD & MANKY & THE WATER MIXER IS DREADFUL; TOOK FOREVER TO HAVE A SHOWER. HAD TO ALSO TOLERATE SOMEONE UPSTAIRS TALKING INCESSANTLY AT THE TOP OF HIS VOICE ON THE VERANDAH UNTIL 3:30AM! RECEPTION WOULDN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THERE’S NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS GIVEN A FAULTY TROLLEY (IT WOULDN’T ROLL) TO TAKE UP 5 PIECES OF LUGGAGE & THEN I HAD TO COME BACK DOWN ANYWAY BECAUSE THE ROOM HADN’T BEEN SERVICED. IT DIDN’T MATTER OF COURSE BC THE SECOND ROOM WAS WORSE! THESE PEOPLE COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT CLEANLINESS OR THE GUESTS’ EXPERIENCE...EVEN SAW A BUG ON THE CEILING (AS PER PHOTO)!

The facilities were outdated, the dishwasher didn’t work and the toaster was dirty.

The bathroom since it has full size tub.

This not apartment hotel, it’s a studio! The location is bad and far from any store or restaurant. If you open the window for fresh air you won’t be able to sleep because it’s on near the highway. The room was too small (it is a studio not apartment), the bed were tiny like a couch. The carpet was dirty and smelly. Avoid it.

Internet reception is not the greatest. Car park is ridiculously small - parking a Hilux is doable but not exactly easy. Though in saying that maybe that's just Sydney for you. Having an onsite restaurant was a factor in booking here, yet it's been closed for quite some time - the listing needs to be updated ASAP. There is was a 2cm-3cm lip/step into the bathroom, that's not marked in any way. Myself and my husband tripped on it. I put a pair of shoes in front of it to make sure it didn't happen again.
