"Beautiful studio in Salerno."

Beautiful room and excellent location. Giuseppe was very helpful, friendly, and polite.

The balcony had not been cleaned at all. Our food and drinks were removed from the communal fridge freezer. Unknown by whom. Giuseppe was very understanding and professional and offered to refund us.

"Divino, moderno, impecable y cómodo"

El lugar es precioso, todo moderno, dispones de cocina, heladera, cafetera, tv, wifi y estaba impecable . Nos encantó y lo super recomendamos. La ubicación muy cómoda para quien anda a pie. Servicios cerca, playa y bus cerca.

The host was amazing. Quick responses if we needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance from several amenities.

The second floor with the additional beds was uncomfortable temperature wise so myself and my guest both slept downstairs but other than that it was great.

"No staff available. We had to wait outside long time for the check in! No recommend"

The location was excellent.

No information related with the check in. We arrived on time confirmed in booking and nobody answered, we contacted them by message in booking, by call (many times), we had to call other apartments in the building. After more than 20 minutes waiting, they answered the call and explained the “check in” by phone call. The breakfast the day after arrived, not explanation about where is the place. After 5 calls(not exaggerating) they told us the name of the bar. We arrived the bar didn’t have any information about our breakfast, we had to call again. Definitely I will never recommend this place.

The location was good, but we had a small issue to get inside the apartment and get in touch with owner. It would be definitely much easier if they would earlier send the guide how to entry into apartment. And unfortunately there wasn’t a hot water.
