El lloc i la situació del hotel davant del mar i les seves instalacions especialment la piscina y la part exterior davant del Atlantic amb vista als gegants.

Com casi tots els hotels d'aquesta dimensió el tracte del personal és millorable. El hotel te parking però el preu es bastant elevat i la disponiblitat limitada. Finalment en el buffet, on pel meu gusts inclòs hi habia massa cosas, he trobat a faltar més plats de la cuina local.

Hotel davvero fantastico! Abbiamo prenotato una camera con vista mare e, al nostro arrivo, siamo state accolte da un tramonto spettacolare: un vero incanto. La camera era molto pulita, spaziosa e curata nei dettagli, con letto king size comodissimo, bollitore, tisane e caffè a disposizione. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche gli accappatoi, le pantofole e il telo piscina inclusi. La colazione a buffet è stata eccezionale: ricchissima, varia e davvero di ottima qualità. La piscina è bellissima e ben tenuta. L’unico piccolo inconveniente è che molte persone occupano le sdraio già di prima mattina, ma nonostante questo siamo sempre riuscite a trovare posto senza problemi. L’hotel offre anche la possibilità di prenotare escursioni direttamente tramite la struttura, cosa molto comoda. Inoltre, ogni sera vengono organizzati eventi e musica dal vivo, creando un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: tutti estremamente gentili, disponibili e professionali. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo dovuto lasciare la camera entro le 12:00, ma abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli nel deposito dell’hotel e continuare a usufruire della piscina e del parcheggio fino alle 16:00, orario della nostra partenza. Ci hanno persino fornito una tessera per poter fare una doccia prima di partire, un servizio davvero molto apprezzato. Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel a chi desidera rilassarsi e godersi una vacanza in totale comfort.

L’unica nota negativa riguarda la cena a buffet: avremmo voluto aggiungerla per una sera, ma ci è stato detto che era possibile solo prenotando la mezza pensione già al momento della prenotazione su Booking.

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, a szálloda szuper helyen van, lenyűgöző kilátás a szoba erkélyéről a Los Gigantesre! Kaptunk a szobába pezsgő és csoki bekészítést.

Nem volt jó · Negatívum a parkolás, a szállodának a mélygarázsban nem kaptunk helyet, aki autót bérel és azzal érkezik készüljön fel, hogy igazi kihívás a szálloda közelében parkolót találni, az utcán parkol mindenki. Illetve ott tartózkodásunk során lehetetlenség volt a medence mellett napágyat találni, volt olyan aki már reggelinél lefoglalta, ez kicsit kiábrándító.

Très bon hôtel juste au bord de la mer, chambres vue mer conseillées , un parking souterrain à moins de 300 300 mètres ( 30 € la semaine) mais pratiquement pas de plages proches du site( Playa Arena : petite plage à plus d’un km et peu agréable).

Tienen que hacer reforma por dentro x todos lados y limpiar más aparecen cucarachas y pagas 1000€ x algo de lujo cosa que no es en ningún sentido solo x las maravillosas vistas porque la comida tampoco gusta nada

Amazing view of Los Gigantes from out sea view room. Breathtaking. Massive comfy bed. Plenty of storage space for all your belongings. It could do with a few more hangers in the wardrobes (only 4 in each) but that isnt a deal breaker, just fold your clothes. Daily room service/cleaning offered even though we didn't use it to help with the environmental impact. The buffet each night was a nice touch but there are so many other places to eat hidden away along the coastline Entertainment aplenty in the adjoining facility that we didnt attend but it all sounded great. The roof top pools and sunlounger area was perfect. The view is amazing no matter where you are and plenty of beds to go around. There is a ban on reserving beds which is amazing. Breakfast was brilliant. Freshly cooked omlette at the omlette station and everything else was cooked fresh. A great selection and i left each morning ready to lie down on the loungers for an hour or two! A great selection of drinks and coffees/teas. There will be something you like with the selection on offer. Cooked and continental plus a load of cake too! So much more to say but experiencing this wonderful place is probably a better way for you to find out. We're coming back yearly after the week we have just had. The place is perfect
