Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Ada

The room had not been serviced but not cleaned. Hair in the bathtub, something on the toilet, two five dollar bills on the floor behind the bathroom door and a smudge where someone had kissed the mirror to name a few things. Breakfast consisted of a choice of cereal, waffles or bread. No coffee even before 6 am. An attendant was rarely around. Bed was comfortable though.

Was in a good location.

Could have been a little bit cleaner, hallways, smell like smoke, but the rooms did not. The $50 nonrefundable deposit is a joke!

Visited on 4/18/25. Didn’t like the customer service experience that was received from the receptionist on duty. Called ahead for a legitimate question regarding the WiFi and the receptionist gave snarky responses. When our stay was over (hours after leaving the premises) I called the hotel again before showing up regarding two items that were accidentally left behind but the receptionist was no help and acted like they didn’t understand what I was saying. If I ever visit the area again I won’t book this location ever again.

Wasn’t what i thought

I booked 2 rooms for our staff over the weekend. Rooms were disgusting. They were dirty, smelled like smoke, and the furniture was just pushed randomly around the rooms. The shower water was barely luke warm. The man at the counter is beyond rude. He actually hung up on me when I called to let them know the room conditions. Overall horrible experience. Will never go back.

Had good time there

This place was extremely dirty. There was no place that had been cleaned. I had to take sanitizer and clean the bathroom before I would allow anyone to use it. I had to place a towel in the bathtub before using it. I have pictures if you want them.

Location was fine. The manager that checked us in was super nice. And took care of issues we had.

Beds had hair all in sheets and pillows in our double room and the same in the single bed room we had. The manager was quick to get housekeeping to change sheets on all 3 beds. Also, there was a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door when we first went into our room. If you go into bathroom close door the floor is very dirty (it needed mopping very bad)

We had a late arrival 4:30-5 pm.When we walked into the lobby it smelled of Marijuana and the Place was dirty! The vending machines were shoved into a corner and the were empty. I had asked for a downstairs room i am disabled but not in a wheelchair, are reservations said only 1 night. So i gave them my itinerary and we were given a room upstairs! No elevator! We get to our room and it's not even cleaned! The cleaning lady&her husband didn't speak any English, so it was difficult to communicate. They tried leaving dirty sheets and blankets on the beds. I took everything off the beds and asked for clean one's. I had to go purchase my own towels and cleaning supplies and clean the room myself & the beds.. Laundry facilities were out of order. The bathtub was filthy we had to wear flipflpos to shower ..there was poop on the toilet and food in the fridge. Everything else was booked and we we're exhausted. I will Never use this company again.

The room had not been cleaned when we got there.. had to wait outside the door with our luggage.. The man that worked there did not speak hardly any English . could not understand him.. We will not be back !
