It was noise, small room, bathroom leaked, no pool, you could only enter from one door.

I had to carry my stuff a ways then climb the stairs with a bad knee. The place was packed with workers. Most were upstairs noisy, could hear man and woman talking next door. Toilet seat was broken .Bed was to high to sit on. Mirrors covered wall at head of bed wall opposite bed and in bathroom. The shower was hard to adjust. I asked for a receipt when I left because I'm always told one price and on the credit card statement it's higher she gave me a blank statement with prepaid on it.No help at all. Stains on sink looks like there using old stuff to remodel. Never stay there again!! 😕

I almost asked for a refund and look for a different hotel. The staff was friendly but the room smelled like chemicals, there was a puddle of some liquid in the floor and one of the towels in the room had a dirty shoe print on it. I would not stay here again. We chose not to try the free breakfast so I’m not sure how that was.

The price was right and the staff was courteous. I do not have a elevator but thats OK.

It was filthy unkept to the highest level

Dirty everything was dirty the floors the walls the sheets had crumbs from peoples food and black spots on the sheets it smelled disgusting the bathroom looked like it was from a trap house the tv didn’t work took 2-3 hours to get it replaced the beds were hard the breakfast was fruit loops and waffles and we didn’t dare eat we only stayed because it was storming and nothing was available but I won’t do that again!!

I booked a queen-size non-smoking room and was told there was none available when I was checking in. I was asked if I would take a smaller bed, and I said yes, thinking it would be a full-size bed. But instead It was a cot place by a stove. No bed A COT n then charged the price of a queen. So no, I am not pleased with the service. I've already emailed BOOKING and have not heard back from them. A refund would be nice. I had to check out around 330-4 am cause it was so uncomfortable. My check-in was 1030-11 the night before, so I only stayed a few hours.

Just OK for me. Breakfast was meager. Quiet and slept well. Not the cleanest but not the worst either. Just OK.
