Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Ada

Booked a room at this property and 3 hours later we showed up to find out they overbooked the hotel. They didn’t bother to call us and let us know, by this time all the hotels were booked and we had to drive 50 miles further away to get a room. The property appeared very run down on the outside as there was trash scattered and there were people standing around smoking pot at the doorway. This hotel is not ran by Americans

Booked a one night stay thinking it was going to be ok for a short stay despite the reviews. It was a rundown mess that smells of stale cigarette smoke. when I initially checked in, I checked the bedding and noticed a large number of stains as I left the hotel to run some errands I asked for new bedding. I returned back to the room to find the sheets had not been changed but my bed was remade to look like they were switched out. I also found out at that point the walls are paper thin, and anything the neighboring guest are doing you will hear it LOUD and CLEAR. The water coming out of the sink faucet also had a weird mildew-ish smell. I stayed there about 30 minutes and decided I would rather go to a different establishment.

This place was run down. Disgusting,floors cracked. There was roaches in the bathroom and room. Smelled like rotting meat and dirty feet.

Everything was good nothing bad to say about this hotel

the bed was comfortable.

The room smelled like smoke. When I left my clothing also smelled like smoke. Not enough pillows. The bathtub was rough to touch.

The hotel seem to be remodeled. The hotel is very noisy and the walls are thin. I was supposed to stay 4 nights, I left the second night. I killed flies the first night and they just kept coming fast as I could kill them so between flies and the noise I just left.

Nothing more to share other than unexpected fee after I'd paid for the room
