Nuce, reasonable room conveniently located.

This business should be closed. The entire building was badly worn, the public area was dirty, from the floors, walls, doors, and from the condition of my room I couldn't believe anybody would want to stay here. I stayed one night but the next morning when I saw the "breakfast area", I couldn't stay any longer. The filth of the coffee dispenser, the waffle batter dispenser and the room in its entirety was filthy.

Breakfast was absolutely terrible and stale. Very cheap rooms. WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN.

Upon chekin, had to wait several .ins for clerk to return. Dismal breakgadt selection. Teo story, no elevator.

I booked a room for 9/8/25. We checked in about 4:00 PM that afternoon. When we got back to the room about 12:00 pm (midnight). My girlfriend found a bug on the floor by the bed. My google said it was a dytiscidae beetle that could give a bad bite. We left and they charged me for two nights --I booked 1 night. We thought it was possibly a bedbug of some sort. I had to pay addition $100.00 to get a room that night at a Hampton Inn. The Hotel people were nice but told me it was harmless beetle type of Oklahoma. My girlfriend would have nothing to do with that room after she found it. They had no other rooms available. It was a Dytiscidae beetle (according to google photo) that has a bad painful bite. I took it to the office and showed them and even looked it up on google in front of them. This whole thing is a bad deal. They told me that I wouldn't be charged but my American Express bill shows a DOUBLE charge for two rooms. I'm 70 years old and not looking for trouble.

Check-in was slow, when I left to attend my function they booked someone else in my room. When I informed the front desk, they made me move to another room. Woke up the next morning to construction sounds in the room next door. I WILL NOT EVER STAY IN AMERICA BEST VALUE HOTEL AGAIN.
