Staff was polite and tried to accommodate us. Location was perfect for where we needed to go daily.

1st room, bathroom was not clean, towels so rough and thin, you could almost see through them. Toilet tissue and kleenex feel like cardboard, whole bathroom needs an overhaul and a large Scrub daddy, Bleach,Comet, and PinSol scrub down. TV and phone did not work. Moved to 2nd room, towels and cleaning same and large whole in the wall of the shower above faucet handle. Thankful there weren't any bugs, would've definitely checked out 1st night.

The parking lot was lit up. The room and property were clean. And appeared to me that it was recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was quiet. A variety of restaurants and shopping close.

Their definition for breakfast and my definition of breakfast is very different. A waffle, muffin, cereal and a bagel is not my definition of a breakfast. I paid more on line and was disappointed when I went to breakfast.

Good location. Easy to find.

Bathroom was dirty. There was a stain that looked like blood on the wall. The blankets on the bed had a "crusty white substance" on them. The room smelled like a wet dog every time we entered. The TV didn't work properly so I went to the front desk to ask if someone could take a look at it. 4 hours later and at 11 pm someone came to look at it. My husband told them we were all already in bed. The next day, I asked again and the employee said I came by last night to look at it and was told not to worry about it. I explained that it was because we were all already in bed and he got a bit of an attitude when I asked if he could come look at when he was available. The options for breakfast was extremely limited and they had expired yogurt.

No elevator!! I was on the 2nd floor. Rooms were indoors. Stairs only. I am 70 years old, so the stairs were a challenge with my luggage. I booked a 2-night stay for a business conference. There was also a man sitting on the stairs inside this non-smoking hotel, smoking a cigarette. There was an employee walking towards me and seen him sitting there smoking and just rolled his eyes at him and never said anything to him, just kept walking. The room was acceptable and clean. Probably won't go back to this hotel.

Spot was convenient and close to a lot of things.

Rooms were dirty and outdated, beds were uncomfortable, advertised breakfast but upon arriving found they we're doing construction and breakfast was cancelled, first room we went into hadn't been cleaned and had to be given a new room. I'm hoping with the presence of construction that they are doing a full remodel and I just booked at a bad time.
