Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Prairie du Chien

Staff was very polite, we usually don't stay in hotel under a certain amount due to what could be lack of, but our stay was very nice. Room was clean sheets were clean it was a very nice hotel to stay in and our boys (4 and 1) had a blast at the pool. Food was good too.

There was a few things 1 more important over all. The temperature of the pool water. It was warmer than most places we have stayed but still on the colder side. My one year old was actually turning purple from how cold he was. His lips, around his lips, fingers, and toes were turning purple because the water was too cold for him. The other thing was the bath tub was a little slippery but was still a nice relaxing shower.

Loved that it had a big pool and hot tub.

The hotel is really showing its age and the entire time we were there the big slide wasn’t opened since there wasn’t a lifeguard. The entire point of booking the hotel was for the big slide so it felt like a waste of money! The front desk told us the lifeguard would be there at 9am, then 9:30, and still no lifeguard at 10am. Super disappointed.

The hotel is quite outdated and requires significant renovations. The current price does not reflect its condition.

Great customer service. Great pool amazing breakfast. The beds were comfy. Sooooo worth the money. Wish we stayed there the entire time.

Get rid of those toxic air freshners! We had one right by our room, it was terrible! Breakfast was not the best.
