The pool was great

Room not serviced at all for the 10 days we were there, Had to ask for towels, toilet paper . Trash not emptied

"A Very Nice property, but lacking in Cordiality"

The breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed the hot food choices.

Seemed to be a lack of staff there. Though we checked out early-7:15 there was nobody there to check us out. I rang the bell twice too. Called to let them know we checked out and no one answered the phone. So I left a text message. I know housekeeping these days does not clean rooms everyday, but they should have at least changed our towels and emptied waste baskets.
