The smell was awful and there where no shampoo or conditioner

The quietness and the location of being close to everything. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that we had to go out and buy cooking items because we were told that there was none available and having to take down our dirty towels in order to get clean ones.

Staff was accommodating. Place is clean. Location is perfect.

Vending machine for drinks not working at the time of my stay. Had to go out. Not really a big deal but it was raining everyday then.

Staff was nice

Mold on walls in bathroom, toilet doesn’t always flush, kitchen sink and bathroom sink wasn’t clean, spilled drink stain marks on window sill, the key card fob for the back parking entrance is a hassle as well, does not open unless you open door with the handle up

Location

Staff needs customer service training,this includes the maids. Place needs a make over bad. Mold in shower and room smelled like weed ,we had to change rooms and that was an inconvenience on their part apparently. Shame because it's in a great location
