It is clean and comfy.

EDIT. Management contacted me a couple days after my frustrated review, he was so kind and apologized for the my situation. He told me that he processed my refund to my bank account and I just have to wait for it a few days. I thanked him since getting my refund with Booking.com was being very complicated but I understand that it was not their fault either. I got my refund 4 days after the management called, and I think they deserved a better rating since they fixed my issue. Staff was rude, I told them I paid through PayPal and they said I have to insert a Credit card anyways. I got charge twice, through PayPal and through my credit card. When I called the property they said I have to contact Booking.com since they can't give me a refund. Why Booking.com should fix something they didn't do wrong. No help at all, it's been almost a month and haven't been able to get a refund from anywhere.
