Location is just walk away to victory liner bus terminal.

No card terminal, Need to pay cash contrary to booking payment policy, cash is not allowed. Front desk is not accomodating.

Accessibility. Proximity to shops and transport

Cleanliness is poor, drainage is terrible, airconditioning not working as expected which was too disappointing as the weather was too hot.
