"Not Ideal"

The location is good because it is accessible.

There is no elevator, it is not that clean, the location of AC is wrong that is why it's too hot , there are mosquitoes too.

"ok when arriving at midninght"

Next to bus station and shops (try bakery on the other side next to Jolly Bee), small rooms painted in darker colours which makes them quite dark, friendly and helpful receptionist, ok for staying the night when arriving at midninght

"I cut my stay short because I was disappointed with the cleanliness, bed wasn’t comfortable and place smells and overall"
