The location was amazing, the staff very helpful and kind and hotel facilities very complete.

The AC in the room could have been a bit better installed, but still effective at lower temperatures.

hotel staff very nice, helpful and friendly. hotel near the beach, very nicely furnished rooms, large shower cabin and a view from the window where you could see the sea.

The room is larger than the average size in Da Nang. interior is unique. The staff is also friendly.

Personal cars must be parked on the road outside, and we had to wait about 10 minutes to find the hotel because we couldn't find it at first. The room I stayed in seemed to be connected to the room next door by an iron door, and I could hear all the noise from the room next door. Also, knock on the door. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were not refilled after room cleaning, which was inconvenient and required separate requests, and was very vulnerable to external noise. I had to make do with just 3 disposable toothbrushes and 2 disposable razors for 5 days. Typical hotel services or hotel use are very unusual. My initial plan was to stay for about 10 additional days, but please understand that I cannot make a personal recommendation due to the unusual system.

Super friendly Staff always with a smile and a warm welcome. Really makes this place Special. Very good location, quiet in the night but close to anything. Special Industrial design and super cool rooms.

CoWorking Space is a combination with the kitchen and does not have AC which makes Working there not that much fun, except you like to work in a Sauna :)

I delight in the hotel's decor, it's eye-catching and has a relaxing, nostalgic feel. The reception desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Thank you, especially Ms. Hong, for chatting with me, I hope to see you again when I return

The hotel staff welcomed us warmly, explained everything and showed us around, which was very nice. They were always ready to help with advice. The room was very stylish. It's great that the hotel promotes sensible consumption. Drinking water was always available in reusable glass bottles with a filter in the kitchen. The room featured a small minibar with paid drinks and a kettle to make tea or coffee. The hotel did not have a traditional balcony, but a French one, which you could not sit on. We had a side room with a sea view on the top floor. On the roof is a laundry place from where you can enjoy the city view when it is not too hot. The hotel's location was advantageous, especially if you have a bike. Nevertheless, a bicycle was also available for free. It was possible to walk to the beach, as well as to some shops and cafes. Cleaning was decent, but it had to be requested with a miniature broomstick you hang on the door handle. Very cute.

The internet did not always work well. The coworking area was also the kitchen area, which could sometimes get noisy or messy. Moreover, it was pretty hot due to the absence of air conditioning in this open courtyard. The hotel cannot be called a co-living space, as providing a shared environment is not enough to foster a community. There were no events for meetings or joint travel, which was regrettable as only these activities could justify the relatively high living cost. In a more central area, one could find fabulous apartments with a swimming pool and a gym for the same price, so why pay for a hotel on the outskirts? We asked the manager several times for the cleaning to be done earlier, but it never happened; the cleaning lady always seemed to come just as we were starting our work. Once, we encountered a huge live cockroach on the wall and found another dried one under the drawer. We asked for insecticide treatment to be carried out, but it only happened a few days later when other residents also started complaining.
