Room was dirty and hair in the bed, place was dodgy and run down, staff was unfriendly, they tried to charge me 10% extra for credit card payment. Checked out same night as I arrived. Terrible experience

There was something so idyllic about this place in the color world and the cleanliness, that we decided to come back right away the same week after 3 days in Hoi An... So thanks to the glorious Lady of the House for that too…

Beautifully decorated, black out curtains, affordable services (laundry, etc). Very friendly.

For the price they could include free breakfast.

Location is quiet and a little far from the city center. Theres a small local convenient store opposite the hotel and the taxi to Hans market and city center is around 67000 vdn, and a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Owner and staff are very nice and friendly.
