need to repair the bathroom doors, no enough utensils to use, the staff left only one towel for each guest, We paid for 6 room property as described but they did not let us use all the rooms.

Furniture and Amenities: The room was extremely spartan and run-down. Instead of the high-quality beds shown in the photos, we were given basic, uncomfortable guest beds. The bedspreads were heavily worn and stained. Bathroom Condition: The shower cabin was severely dilapidated; the bottom of the sliding doors could no longer be secured in the tracks, making it unstable and difficult to use. The wooden storage unit in the bathroom was completely waterlogged and damaged. Hygiene and Cleanliness: The refrigerator was dirty, moldy in several places, and emitted a powerful, unbearable odor of garlic. Furthermore, the entire room had a persistent damp, musty smell, closely resembling a wine cellar.
