Our stay in Bari was very disappointing. We were given a completely different room from the one shown in the pictures, and it was worse than expected. We called and explained that the room did not match the one we had paid for, no action was taken and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Communication with the host was extremely poor. Booking.com advised us to message the host for check-in information, but nobody replied. When we arrived at the property, we had to call and then wait around 10–15 minutes before anyone came. The apartment was very poorly equipped. In addition Only two towels were provided for two people staying three days, and there were no face towels. We had to call again just to request them. The shower was extremely small, and even as someone who is not a big person, I could barely fit inside comfortably. Overall, the experience did not match the listing or expectations, mainly due to poor communication, lack of basic amenities, and misleading photos.
