Ascenseur HS, 7ème étage sans aucune accommodation même quand on leur demande de nous aidez. Le personnel nous parle en étant sur leur PC portable et mettent 20sc entre chaque réponse …

l'emplacement

on était en 7eme étage et l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas. on allait ajoutait 2 autres nuits mais vu l'état de l'ascenseur c'était impossible. on nous a promis le remboursement de 80 dollars mais on a rien reçu jusqu'à maintenant.
