Cały układ i wygląd pokoju, cudowna Pani na recepcji, zawsze chętna do pomocy i otwarta na rozmowę o lokalnych miejscach wartych zobaczenia. Plaża minutę spacerkiem w linii prostej, obok noclegu drogeria otwarta 24h, z kosmetykami, lekami i jedzeniem. Dużo restauracji w okolicy i kilka różnych linii autobusów obok.

El ascensor siempre dañado

The design ATTTEMPT and how close it was to the beach. Other than that I regret It.

The people are so freaking rude. The staff don’t speak English which is kind of insane. They text multiple times a day but they don’t have a record keeping system because everytime something was noted on my account they just forgot. I clarified my check out time the day before and one of the staff members came and banged on the door TWICE over an hour before my check out and then when I told her it was unprofessional she was like no English. I’m sorry but wtf. On top of that the power kept going out, no water, no ice, no elevator, no food, and then the last day and some the AC went out in the middle of Florida with a temp of 80+ in the room for HOURSSSS AT NIGHT. No offer to comp anything at all. Absolutely crappy place. Made part of my trip so freaking difficult.

no andaba el ascensor y teniamos que subir y bajar 5 pisos todo el tiempo. No andaba desde antes y tenian por delante 4 meses de obra y no nos avisaron nada. Si hubieramos sabido no lo alquilabamos. Despues de las 16 hs no habia nadie a quien acudir solamente un tel que no atendia nadie.

1.The location was good, near the beach (not the happening one). You have good access to the bus for South beach (Bus - 100) as well as Miami International Airport (Bus 150 or 36A) If you want a good and clean beach, Book near South Beach. 2. The room was decent, clean and spacious. 3. The lady at reception was nice and tried to help.

1. The lift did not work. The room was on the 7th floor. No one to help you to take your luggage. You are on your own after check in. 2. There is no housekeeping service. No one cleans the room. Use the same towels for all the days of stay. In 3 days of stay, we have to use the same towels. 3. They ruined my first day of holidays by asking us to wait for the room for 5 hours during check in, with the excuse of cleaning in progress. I would have utilised my time better instead of waiting in the lobby, if they would have provided exact time for check in.

The room is really cozy and comfortable! Really good location with many very tasty restaurants around! The staff was very friendly, special thanks to Yana, who did her best to ensure we had a great experience, which we did!
