There was no coffee in the room. The room had many damaged areas and an order.

The motel has free parking. The check in process was friendly and quick. The rooms have outside entries. The room was well designed and had everything I needed. I had an early flight and requested a wake up call and got it. It is a good thing, too, because there was a power outage during the night and my own alarm would have been much to late. I did get a good, if short, night's sleep. My check out went quickly.

I wish I could just get my money back from the whole thing.

There was hair in the "clean" sheets and the toilet had not been scrubbed. There was stains and smudges everywhere. There was used dental floss on the floor. The non smoking room smelled of cigarettes and there was a cigarette burn in the comforter.

I had no cell phone service. The WiFi was sketchy. The fridge was nice, but a microwave would have been helpful. I do not believe all the ground floors were booked. Why did we get the upstairs? I did see a roach in the room. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work. My wife requested on queen size bed for two adults. Our room gave us two double beds. This was room wasted.

Very affordable and conveniently located. However, the entire facilty is about 3 yesrs past time to be remodeled. First room was not properly cleaned and smelled olf old pre no dmoking odors. Second room after we were moved qas clean and did not require a dosing of Fabreze (although it did gelp). But the stains in the tub, carpet and walls could not be solved with cleaning. The breakfasr was wxtremely disappointing and would be better if only coffee service were ioffered.

Cigarette butt in the toilet at checkin. Plastic bag over the smoke detector. Non-smoking???? Don’t think so. How does this happen? Either it’s the cleaning staff that is doing the actual smoking, or the cleaning staff is not even looking in the toilet? You decide.

No bed bugs but mold and a roach crawling around.

The staff was nice and polite. Check in was ok. Booked 2 rooms one was dirty on check in but they gave us another with no issues. Nice hotel for the price. Room was comfortable but needs updating.

Black mold around the bathtub, key card wouldn't unlock the door, had to get manager several times. No toilet paper. Not enough soap and shampoo for two people.
