Cheap lodging with clean sheets and toilet. Unfortunately the rest of the room was not clean at all. The shower was dirty (black prints & green scum in the tub), hair in sink and shower and on the countertop, cobwebs along the ceiling, and a large toe nail clipping on carpet. Advertisement indicated breakfast was included, but the office was locked with no signs of staff, coffee, or breakfast in the morning.

It was inexpensive and adequate. The tone was set with papers taped to the window at the entrance to the lobby with dead bugs between the papers and glass. The room was ok. Bed was comfortable but an air duct had no cover, found old socks on floor. Desk had something sticky on it. Carpet desperately needed replacing or one hell of a good cleaning.

The room was filthy, the ac unit had rust and grease all inside of it and the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke despite every room being listed as non smoking. When I brought this up to the attendant he simply stated "that's just the way it is". I would sleep on the side of the road before stayong at a Knights Inn again.

I would recommend staying clear of this place. The service was horrible. They gave us the wrong keys and after three different attempts of getting into the room with the correct keys we found the room to be extremely dirty along with the bedding not being washed. We were unsuccessful in finding a hotel anywhere around and we’re forced to go and purchase clean bedding in order to have a place to stay for the evening. I would suggest hotels.com take this off their site and not even offer it to guess.

Could of been a little more cleaner in the bathroom. Tub was dirty and exhaust fan cover was off exposing all the dust. Not appealing.

"Last resort hotel. "

They got the card keys mixed up and then found out my card reader did not work. They did replace it and got us right. The hotel is dated and it shows. No continental breakfast and no towel at front desk. So we had to reuse towels from the night before.
