Knights Inn Crawfordsville

Ran out of hot water every day, outside property dirty, outside and inside property dingy and worn down, had to pay half price of full day for 2 hours extra over check out time. Could not print receipts

the area outside my room is a little unkept. Inside is fine.

Room was clean, but phone did not work and there was no way to find someone to help (10:30 pm). My friend next door had no water in the shower

At the end of the day you get what you pay for. I was traveling across the country with my children and I needed a safe place to sleep that wasn’t too expensive. The gentleman who runs it was very nice and very accommodating and I had a good experience with him. For what the room was my kids and I slept pretty good. It was very easily accessible from the highway and that’s a big plus for me also. So for the money I paid I’m happy with my experience. It’s not a four-star hotel so I didn’t have expectations too terribly high. I had to clean beds with clean pillows running water and a toilet. I was a happy traveling mom!

The place was out dated. It was a good place I just don't think it was worth the 65 bucks I spent

Old style motor inn that needs updating. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. OK for a quick overnight stay on the road.

The property is very old, not clean and the staff can not speak or understand english.

My wife tried to check in around 230 am to see a sign on the door to go to the super 8 across the street. Upon doing this, the front desk clerk has to go to a room to wake up the manager/owner. He came to the door and said we're closed. My wife told this person she had a reservation at the Knights Inn across the street. He again said they were closed. My wife asked for his name and he told her it was Joe Biden. She then had to pay out of pocket for a room at the super 8 after already having a reservation at a different hotel.

Our stay was a disaster. Booked three rooms through Expedia. On check-in lots of confusion about rooms--we finally ended up with one room with not heat (~50F), one room no running water in tube, and one room no hot water. I disputed the room charge Expedia as they are the payee, because the hotel manager said rate would be $21 less than Expedia price. Response in chat was room rates change over time. I will never use Expedia to book ai room again.
