Room was clean and staff was helpful

I'm getting tires appropriate rooms with peace and quiet there is plenty of open area around to walk or wander around. 24/7 Phillips gas station across the street with good supplies not to mention bomb chicken on the left side. Little upset that there's no smoking rooms I think there should be. But some redemption is that there's plenty of trees around shade but prepare for strong breezes. This place has the lowest rates in the south side of Iowa with a good access point to new locations. I love the monthly stay option it's totally worth it for a place to crash while traveling. Keep the heart of ColfaxInn alive.

Only one towel, no one at reception, noisy humming appliances no food , hard to see from road

I emailed Trivago and told them I did not check in. No personnel were there at 11 am, they had just had a recent fire and no other guests were there. All bad signs.

It was closed down why was it offered as a stay better not get charged if it was I better get a refund

Would not recommend. We did not stay because they could not provide a room that we could access with a key. The front desk said we would have to leave the door ajar if we left the room. If we did leave the room and locked it, the staff would just crawl through the window. They made it sound like it was easy to do. Contacted Expedia to get my money back and they said they would get back to me in 24 hours, but they have not.

No staff member when I showed up to check me and had to leave. Also, no lights outside was a little bit scary showing up at night.

Upon entering hotel horrible odor all through hallways. Room didn’t smell. When. Checking in with as told no tv and no hot water. Also observed pool was closed. Was told beds was comfortable. They were not and very thinn little blankets.

This property is in dire need of repair. No air in hallways, room had no towels, no soap or shampoo, no kleenex, no where to sit other than the bed. No phn in room to call front desk, internet did not work and no working tv. Ice machine broken. I had prepaid for this and was out the money but they charged me $30 for my small dog. I stayed for only a couple hours and left to go elsewhere! This is a disaster and ripoff!
