Very high liability flooring, laminate flooring buckling in halls and rooms,high trip hazard. Engish,understanding, poor.Clean room though.

Wanted us to pay cash instead of letting us put on credit card

Terrible. No trash can or remote. No shower curtain. No breakfast, elevator or pool.

Under new management and they are struggling. No breakfast, pool and elevator closed, ice machine broken, limited linens and staff didn’t seem to understand what we needed.Their debit/credit machine was not working; required cash payment! Staff very slow in registering guests into their computer system. Hallways and room had cheap laminate flooring. Noted some screens off windows. Staff was friendly and seemed to want our stay to be pleasant. There was hot water for showers, the AC worked well and the beds weren’t too bad.

*** FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY *Booked in advance 3 wks- hotel took out the full amount, not a hold but charged the full $ on the date I booked - note on the lobby wall stating no refunds. Booked through expedia, and they were no help with this issue *Outer doors to building dont lock *Very few parking lot lights and property was trashed *Clueless front desk staff *Employee took pic of ID with personal cell phone *No working air conditioning in room or hotel *Queen beds in room were NOT queens- Fulls *Fridge gross n moldy, microwave dirty *No do not disturb sign- they came in regardless and changed out towels n trash *Sheets were stained and didnt fit mattress *Ice machine out of order with parts laying on top * 1 bag of chips in vending machine/pop machine out of order *Free breakfast- cereal *Room was missing light bulbs and no plug ins for the lights in the room *No hangers for closet, moldy iron *Room stunk (At this point, I stopped looking for the negatives about this place. $500 for 3 nights -no refunds. Plus huge nascar weekend and nowhere else had vacancy. We dealt. Luckily I didnt see any bugs.)

NO amenities, No ice, No working fridge, No locks on exterior doors, no credit card accepted, this place was cheap - but pathetic

No pool, no breakfast, no WiFi, the ac unit leaked all over the floor, front desk people were nice but had trouble understanding them, the beds were comfortable, pillows not so much, mini fridge was unplugged. It’s perfect for someone just needing a place to crash for the night.

The place was just janky ! There were four sconces on the walls, none of them worked ! No bulbs and not even plugged in, the place didn't even have an ice machine, or phone or phone book in the room ! The convience store across the road was interesting 😐
