Les infrastructures les repas, l’attention que nous avons eu dans la chambre lors de l’anniversaire de ma fille. La possibilité d’aller dans les différents établissements Barcelo.

Les non réponses aux demandes par mail, faites à l’établissement pour obtenir une chambre spécifique. À l’arrivée, nous n’avions pas la chambre pour autant elle était disponible. Heureusement, nous sommes tombés sur une personne à la réception qui a pu nous l’attribuer.

Good location, on the beach, 10 minutes transfer from airport and lovely staff

Food a bit limited and quite bland. Cleaning of room a bit hit and miss but didn’t spoil stay

Very clean hotel and great location. Lots of facilities and a good hotel for families. Staff were good and food quality and variety was decent.

Not even water provided during lunch or dinner.you need to purchase if on half board

From check in, to the bar staff, the restaurant workers, cleaners & entertainers. Everyone was very good & friendly. Facilities were great, rooms & beds very comfortable. Great location, if you like flat walking along the coast, you walk out onto the promenade.

Baring one gent on reception who was very serious, may have been French. It all seemed to be an annoyance for him
