We enjoyed the buffet food. Excellent choice of food. The Spa was great during a cold spell. Probably not needed in the summer.

We had a room with a outdoor hot tub. This is not worth having. It is just a large bath that you fill yourself. The water jets are weak and just make a annoying noise without much effect The hotel pushes it's guests to use the Bacelo App. This provides booking of restaurants and other facilities, but unfortunately does not show your expenditure to allow you can track it during your stay or pay your bill to avoid queue at checkout. The bill at the end of the stay is not fully itemized to making it difficult to check the bill. I guess this is because the hotel uses a mix of paper chits and point of sale devices and don't itemised the paper chits. The good news is the waiters seem a bit lacks at filling in the chits so I think our bill was a bit light.

Estaba muy lleno el hotel y nos dieron una habitación mejor con jacuzzi y muy bien ubicada al mismo precio.

Con la media pensión te cobran cualquier bebida en el buffet (incluso el agua, a 2,40 una botella de menos de medio litro) y esto no aparecía indicado en ningún lado. La cafetera de la habitación no funcionaba.

diverso trattamento tra le due camere vicine che avevamo: in una letti e cuscini fatti bene ogni giorno, rifornimento di acqua, e camera calda, l'altra freddina, cuscini buttati alla veloce e mai una bottiglietta di acqua. Al ristorante almeno una bottiglietta di acqua gratuita.

Tout était parfait

The room was lovely and very clean. Food was also very good with great options. Breakfast was okay, need to get a different brand of suasages. Over all I was very happy with the food. Drinks should include more than one with dinner.

I was given directions to my room and they gave me the longest way to go, after finding the room, i found another way that took half the time to get to the room. That was not nice as I had many bags and the shorter way would have been much better. food for thought.

Jest zimna woda w łazienkach. Przy cenie 200 euro za dobę to raczej nie dopuszczalne .

Eine großartige reichhaltige Auswahl vom Buffet. Sowohl in der Früh ganz viele Eiergerichte und auch Abends immer verschiedene Stationen wo frischer Fisch angebraten wurde oder ein Braten frisch aufgeschnitten wurde.

Die Nachspeisen am Abend am Buffet waren alle zugekauft und nicht selbstgemacht. Das Eis war viel zu süß und künstlich im Geschmack, nicht mal meine Tochter wollte es essen.
