Corona Del Mar

my adult children and i originally booked two rooms with a pool view. It was a Saturday night and there was a bachelor/bachelorette party going on in 5 rooms near us. at 1 am they turned the music on full blast for about 3 hrs. and up partying again at 7am. brought this to the attention of management and requested two quiet rooms anywhere. we were moved to two lovely rooms facing the water. hotel staff is delightful and restaurant reasonably priced and delicious. the hotel has reccentl changed hands and new owner is updating exterior..next year interior. just a 10 minute walk to town.

We had a great stay. The hotel is right on the water and close to many restaurants as well. They do offer food there too. We mainly had breakfast there. For us it was very conveniently located. The room was clean and they clean it every day. The mattresses are a bit hard, but I personally prefer it that way for my back. The only minor issue was that the toilet sometimes didn't flush, so we had to flush 2 times every time. Not a big issue for being in an island.

With the late in the day check-in and first morning "welcome home" from Frank, it truly felt like seeing family again. Thanks to all at Corona you made the stay memorable, again. Best breakfast each day, double thank you for the room assignment. A lot of you we didn't get to see again, and we missed that.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great and the drinks at the bar we not overpriced

The staff working at the hotel was excellent and the servise was excellent. Negative aspect were the pool water appeared to be green and the access to the ocean was full of weed and broken piece of table near the access.

Beautiful view, spacious rooms, excellent service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff. One of the best beachfront areas around and perfect distance to downtown and other attractions.

It is unfair to give a review as the hotel has not had visitors since Covid lockdown, however it did seem run down and it was up for sale. Marg the lovely warm lady at the bar made us feel very welcome. Such a nice person

Loved being right on the water, just walk out. Had restaurant and bar right outside too. Had free rum punch during the day. Room was a great size, staff was very friendly
