Would be nice if they can work on the water temperature for bathing. It was too cold for me.

Beautiful and relaxing. The staff is amazing. Ruben, Shaq and the hotel manager were incredibly kind, friendly and made our stay wonderful!

We spent our entire 5 day stay without hot water in both rooms. On arrival our room door would not lock so they needed to move us. My sister’s TV was not working until they realized it was the remote batteries on the last day. Our TV’s connection was very poor and only worked for a few minutes at a time. Our Lobster Fest meal was served in a to-go container. The music was far too loud and there were complaints. The staff was very friendly and tried to help as much as they could but were unable to resolve our issues. The property is under new ownership so I hope they will be able to improve the hotel. It has great potential.

Under new management so they're working out the kinks...breakfast and coffee in the morning needs to be instituted on a regular basis

We were told and their book in bar stated as such, there would be coffee at 7:00. The attendant making the coffee doesnt even get there until 7:30 and then has to make the coffee. The first 2 mornings coffee was not out until 8:00 or a few minutes after. There was a coffee maker in our room but you had to buy the coffee. I stayed here in 2017 and coffee was ready at 6:30 and you could get breakfast then too. The staff was nice but I will not stay here again.

hotel looks better from outside. Rooms where clean but plain, nothing fancy.

Excellent staff and extremely helpful. An affordable place to stay. The shower had only cold water but it’s a safe place to rest your head if that’s all you need

Stayed here 2 years ago and it was amazing. Now new owner and completely a dump. No water pressure, hard as a rock beds, roaches in room, holes in wall, 20 wooden lounges on beach with only 2 cushions total, loud music at night, loud residents at midnight with no one asking people to quiet down, 3 safes in room because 2 of them are locked and they don’t have the keys. Used to get free breakfast, free water and even free rum punch in the lobby. All of that is gone. Reserved a golf cart with them only to get there and find out they don’t have carts anymore! Only thing good about this place is the staff. They were all fantastic. We will never stay here again.

Staff was great
