Rooms quite spacious. Close to metro stations but will take at least 30 minutes to Gran Via in overcrowded & unaircon train carriages.

Kept getting locked out of my own room. Had to go 8 times to reception to get my key card reactivated. Didn’t seem to be a priority for reception staff- very much an attitude like mañana but of course payment can never be mañana! Was eventually upgraded to a better room- no complaints with the room- but again keycard issues. Some of the male staff should learn basic customer service and were closing down parts the breakfast room an hour before the close at 10am. Not really 4 star!
