"Triple charged"

The hair in the tub, the fact that you(booking) charged me the $3.50 for the stay it's on my receipt. Then when I got there I was told I had to pay it again and they charged me twice for that. On a different card they $3.50 twice. (I don't have my actual genius card yet just the digital.) How do we fix this?

"Definitely one the worst hotels we've ever stayed"

Eggs were decent and plenty of coffee

Butter for waffles, more waffle irons. No toilet paper holder, door wouldn't lock,toilet ran and one small trash basket. Elevator stopped working friday and most of Saturday. People working on at least 4 stranded vehicles in the parking lot.

It ended at 9 am. We got there at 10 am. It was totally closed

Directions for using THE TV, no help getting into the building or to the room. No service at all
