"Home for one week"

The convenient location was why we stayed at this location. It is an older hotel in much need of a facelift. Carpets must be original from the 70’s? Overall it is very clean. Both bed and bath linens are nice and new. Bed was comfortable. Mini frig and microwave much appreciated for a longer stay. Staff was very accommodating to all our requests. Parking is well lit.

"Horrible…avoid."

Leaving it behind, never to return

Everything. Room was dirty. AC sounded like an airplane. Hole in the wall behind the door. Leaking faucet and toilet. No amenities. Breakfast selections were a joke. And it was way overpriced.

"In a word, horrible"

Stayed here because we were tired of driving and seemed ok. But this is an old hotel in much need of repair. Bathroom was not clean. Could not flush toilet without holding the handle. Sink was slow to drain and faucet wouldn’t easily shut off. Floor tiles were cracked and looked dirty. There was a hole in the wall behind the door. But the worst was the noisy a/c unit. It was like a truck engine running on and off. I could not sleep (as I write this at 2 am.) There are zero amenities and the place is not cheap. Stay somewhere else.

"Maintenance weak"

Staff was helpful - maintenance left a lot to be desired- air conditioning in hallways, reception, elevator, stairwells was non existent- room was cold but common areas weren’t. Ice machine on 3rd floor didn’t work, there wasn’t one on 2nd floor and 1st floor was always out. Waffle maker was broken. Elevator made an awful noise while in use. Took the stairs to the 3rd floor as much as possible. Breakfast was weak, cereal and toast. Fruit choices were an apple. And try figuring out hot water for tea - it took 2 hands. So how do you hold the cup without 2 people- even the employee had trouble with it. The app doesn’t let you check in like other hotel chains, had to get an email to check in but it just asked for car information and a driver license- still have to go to front desk.

"Wyndham are you sure these are your standard."

The beds were overused, one bed had a v formation once you laid on it, "use They wanted you to "use ,hang and repeat. they had signs up letting you know that their property would be inventoried after check out and if anything was missing you would be charged, and that they would not replace or clean your room until the 3rd day.
