We have stayed here a few times. Its always easy fast checking in Rooms always clean. The lady In the morning setting up breakfast she is Wonderful!!! Very pleasant, helpful. And has it ready. Nice neat clean. A good start to your day! Super pleased. And Pappy Ts, a bonus

Arrived back from event to find my door ajar and slightly open. The door definitely clicks shut, even if you don’t let it slam, it still shuts completely and locks. When I went down to the front desk, I got no reaction from staff, just said he would “send a note” to whom I am not sure. No one contacted me

Spouse loved the bed pillows and the blankets. Spouse found the bathtub too slippery. She bruised her leg bad!y on the side of the tub, while trying to step into it and shower.

since the appliance to make pancakes was out of order and the toaster barely worked we at cold bagels. But the coffee was good!

Quick and easy check in and out. Hotel was tidy. Loved the music at pappy t’s! The blond woman serving us was extremely nice and accommodating.

I’ve stayed at four different Wyndham Hotels & Resorts locations this year, from Arizona to Pennsylvania, for a total of about 18 days. One thing they all seem to have in common is I end up needing my room key rekeyed almost daily for one reason or another—sometimes my fault, like putting it next to my phone. At three of the four locations, I was placed in rooms at the far back of the property despite mostly empty parking lots. Not really a complaint, just something I noticed as a pattern. At my current hotel in Hamburg, PA the staff has been helpful and professional. Their key card machine broke down, so employees have been manually letting guests into rooms one by one while waiting for repairs. That has understandably caused delays and frustration for some guests since the front desk appears understaffed. Breakfast at every location has been very minimal. Here, the pancake machine didn’t even have pancake mix. The options were mostly muffins, bagels, and Nutri-Grain bars. I appreciate that something was offered, but it wasn’t enough for me personally, so I ended up walking about 0.8 miles to Walmart for food. Another consistent issue: all four locations had broken ice machines. In every case there was another one elsewhere on the property, but it usually meant a decent walk. The room itself is clean and comfortable, which matters most. The TV, however, is very outdated and grainy on many channels. Since I’m resting a few days from hiking, being able to relax and watch TV is something I value, so that was disappointing. I don’t even bother signing up for rewards programs anymore because it mostly feels like extra marketing emails and fluff. After giving Wyndham multiple chances this year, I’ll probably start actively avoiding their properties whenever I can. I’m currently hiking and genuinely thankful for a roof over my head and warmth from the weather, so I’m not expecting luxury. But when I do have choices in the towns I stop in, I’ll likely look elsewhere. I gave Wyndham a fair chance across several locations and just can’t justify continuing to spend money on something that seems to create more inconveniences than solutions.

My room was next to the laundry which they operated until 10:30 pm. Can you imagine listening to the thumping of an industrial washer/dryer when trying to go to sleep.
