We loved our 8 night stay at this hotel. Staff were excellent and very professional, as you should expect from s 5-star hotel. We were greeted upon arrival by the hotel manager Hammed. My husband and I returned to Palma after 30 years - we decided to treat ourselves to a 1 week anniversary trip back but decided on this hotel (the one we stayed at 30 years ago is only 700 metres away but has changed where no food is included). After reading many positive reviews, booked this wonderful hotel! Staff are super friendly, attentive and always greet you whether morning or night! Food is excellent - great variety and super quality - we gained a few pounds over our week stay! the hotel is beautiful on the inside and out and the rooms are spacious, modern and super clean - air conditioning works great and super quiet where you don't even hear it running! Beds are super comfortable and lots of closet space to unpack and hang your clothes. Location is super central to all the amenities (including a beautiful beach right across the street) and if you don't mind the busy area, this hotel is for you! Don't know when we'll be back to Palma but Myseahouse Flamingo is the place to stay! Thank you to ALL the staff for making our week there (Aug11-18th) a memorable one!

Just got back from a stay at this hotel and thought I'd share my thoughts. Just stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. Place looks nice - clean with chill vibes. Check-in was smooth, though you pay tax upfront. Room was solid - comfy bed, good AC, big shower, and handy stuff like a kettle and fridge. There's a balcony, but view's nothing special. It can get noisy, but that's mostly 'cause it's on a lively beach. Location's great if you're after a beach holiday. Lots of German and Dutch tourists around. There's a main pool, but heads up - it closes at 6:30 PM, which is kinda early. There's a smaller pool on the first level if you're desperate for a late dip. Gym's decent too. Staff were awesome, especially Amad at the front desk. My flight was late, and he sorted out food for me. Legend! Food and drinks were good, plenty of choices. Pro tip for your last day: they've got luggage storage and a free shower after check-out. Lifesaver if you've got a late flight! Overall, had a relaxing time. Not perfect, but comfy rooms, helpful staff, and good location make it a solid choice for a chilled beach holiday. Just get your pool time in early! Oh, and special mention to the staff - really helpful. Made sure I had food when I arrived late due to a delayed flight. Great service!

Property is amazing, surrounding area not

We couldn’t really fault this property and we will definitely return, the staff were friendly & nothing was too much trouble.

Seems like an area for a young person, party area and bar scene. Not really a place to kick back and relax.
