Myseahouse Hotel Flamingo - Adults Only

This establishment is horrible. The rooms are cheap excuses for luxury with uncomfortable beds, cheap finishings and terrible service. The restaurant serves food unfit for human consumption, which led to food sickness and instead of an apology, the staff decided to torment me and my wife the remainder of our trip. I strongly considered leaving a day early and moving to a better hotel and I wish I did, as I was confronted at the front desk at check out because I left a bad Google review and accused of being drunk(which I drink at most two drinks a day). The public beach is great, but every other hotel would give you access to the area. Their pool area is barren, as it is poorly served and the pool is frigid. I even asked to file a complaint and was denied access to their requisite complaint book as mandated by Spanish law. Avoid at all costs!

Perfect holiday. Couldn't fault the hotel. Food and service were outstanding and hotel was spotless. Special mention to Carla in the restaurant who was always bubbly and attentive. Also to Hammid, on reception, who always smiled and greeted us when passing.

This hotel is superb! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the chefs are amazing, the food is exceptional. It feels like a home away from home.

A spotlessly clean hotel with superb food and drink options in the restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay here. I will just say that we were surprised to find that the shower in each room is just a glass cubicle in the room rather than in a bathroom. Fine if you’re a couple but not so much if friends. Resolved by having to take in turns to be on balcony whilst other showers. Hotel very quick transfer from the airport and only a 25 min bus journey into Palma. Local beach is a short walk across the street and plenty of loungers and shades to hire. The only down side is it is quite noisy area with large groups of youths as not far from popular German nightclub. You can however just walk a little further along the beach to find a quieter spot. All in all a lovely stay and sure we will return.

This hotel has many strengths and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The strength of this hotel is by far the amazing staff - EVERYONE was so pleasant and helpful and spoke every language - made us really feel at home. The hotel amenities and cleanliness is wonderful, the bkft and pool are great. The beach is a short walk although average compared to many beaches in Mallorca. One thing we wish we had known is this is a spot that is primarily visited by young German people who drink and party outside all day. If that’s not your vibe, stay in Palma. Otherwise, very pleasant stay.
