Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes

We had an incredible experience thanks to our waiter, Mo.From the moment we sat down, he seemed to know exactly what each of us needed. He remembered our preferences, anticipated refills and requests before we even asked, and made thoughtful recommendations that everyone loved. What really stood out was how genuinely warm and attentive he was. He made us feel like we were visiting family rather than just dining out. Every interaction was friendly, personal, and never rushed, even though the restaurant was busy. Service like this is rare. Mo turned a nice meal into a truly memorable experience , and we’ll absolutely be coming back because of him.

From the first day to the last (7 days, 6 nights), the servers at the pool bar and on the pool deck were absolutely amazing. Daniel at the pool bar was hilariously witty and always teaching me something new. Gabe, Dillon, and Logan were always on top of everything while I was relaxing by the pool, making sure both I and my kiddo were well-fed, hydrated, and taken care of. Braxton and Arlando were always so friendly and made sure I was good, even if I was just walking through. They also kept an eye on the group of boys we were traveling with, making sure they were behaving, drinking plenty of water, and not losing their belongings. Every single one of them made us feel welcome and genuinely cared about making our vacation memorable. Their service was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you all for going above and beyond!

Mo was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and kept everything flowing smoothly throughout the meal.
