Breakfast everyday was exceptional. The staff is very attentive and energetic. Mo is a gem!

Had such a great experience traveling to this property for work. Arlando at Ocean’s 28 was a great server and attended to all needs. Rooms were clean and the pool area was great!

My mom and I had a staycation at this hotel and it was lovely. The room was very clean, the staff were great. We really enjoyed having a drink at the bar with Domenick and Moya serving us. They’re attentive, quick, and make a great martini! Raul, who we met during his last day as a server (moving up to management!) was enthusiastic, also attentive, and kind. Shoutout to Brett at valet who tried to help me find my wallet! Everyone was super nice, including those at the front desk (Ashley, and the gentleman who checked us in whose name I cannot remember). We also enjoyed the spa as it was clean, relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you Deepak (from operations) for a fantastic stay. We will be back.

Hakeem, front desk receptionist, was very professional and patient during check-in. We had a lot of questions and he answered all of them and gave us insight on how to make our stay more enjoyable! Ashley, another front desk receptionist, gave us GREAT suggestions for dining when we wanted to explore restaurants off the resort. The restaurants on site were a little pricey, but the food was good! Arlando, excellent poolside waiter! It was just two of them. They both did an excellent job serving 30-40 the guests. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to another day of celebration and mental healing. GREAT RESORT! Very friendly staff!

⸻ I can’t say enough about Danita King—this experience wouldn’t have been the same without her. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled perfectly. What stood out most was how attentive and responsive she was—always available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and make adjustments to fit exactly what we were looking for. Her knowledge and professionalism were clear right away, but what really made the difference was the personal touch. It never felt like a “standard” experience—she truly cared about making this trip special for us. Because of her, everything ran smoothly and stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. That kind of dedication is rare and made a huge impact on our overall experience.

The staff was extraordinary during our recent stay. Everyone from hotel desk clerks, maintenance, bar service, concierge and Deepak Misra. much for your generosity during our stay at your beautiful resort. This weekend gave us time away from my husband’s cancer treatment, medical appointments, scans, and worrying about “what’s next.” It gave us time to bond as a family and relax. I cannot fully express how much this was needed.
