The road adjacent to Hyatt Vacation Club at Piñon Pointe is undergoing renovation August 2025 through November 1, 2026. The large hot tub is temporarily closed for maintenance. The pool and small hot tub remain open at this time. The road adjacent to Hyatt Vacation Club at Piñon Pointe is undergoing renovation through August 2026. Please anticipate construction noise Monday through Friday between the hours of 5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some overnight work starting as early as 3 a.m.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Expensive and disappointed."

Not much.

The price is very high for value received. The property seems a little worn around the edges. We were there two nights. We were surprised there was no maid service after the first night. For the price this was unacceptable. Also there was no coffee maker upon arrival.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was great . It was walkable to many nice restaurants and shops.

The layout of the entire complex is confusing. It can be a far walk from car to bring luggage in. There are no elevators to second story villas. There was a lot of noise outside the bedroom in the early hours with trucks either making deliveries or trash trucks making pick ups.

Rooms were not ready at 4pm even they guaranteed a 4pm check in. They didn’t do anything to please the inconvenience and denied late check out.

Worst stay I’ve ever had. Do NOT ever stay here. Way overpriced terrible hotel terrible service. Everybody was rude. Very disappointed
