Hyatt Vacation Club at Pinon Pointe, Sedona

The staff was amazing. The view of the Sedona mountains were spectacular. You could see them from your patio/ balcony. The place was cute inside with shops directly across the walk way. The only thing I could complain about was the carpet by the door was stained and I’m a clean freak. The location was great and the grounds were very well taken care of.

We enjoyed the walkability of the location of this Hyatt. Place was nice and clean. The only downside was we were told the hot tub was open but when we tried to use it both were closed. It was the only amenity we really cared to use and we couldn’t but still paid a $40 per day resort fee.

Very well-maintained property. Special kudos to Amy and Scott for arranging our stay in an easy-access room with a wonderful view of the red rocks. Enjoyable stay! Great pool. Recommend highly.

Very nice pool and nighttime activities. Close to main sedona restaurants and shopping.

The check in was complicated because Expedia seemed to indicate that a deposit was collected already. When the hotel wanted to charge the full price, confusion ensued. It was a nice place to stay, but it is showing its age.

Beautiful facility. Easy access to all the great Sedona parks. Great sunset at the pool.

The Hyatt location, room, staff and grounds were exactly what we were hoping but were disappointed in our room location, our room view was below the parking lot level and looking at bumpers. The staff said that Time Share Owners get first choice but did not disclose that when we reserved our room.
