Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. An der Rezeption und im Restaurant! Der Ruhebereich war auch sehr schön und die Auswahl an Saunen toll!

Kind and attentive staff, cleanliness, quality of service. Excellent restaurant. 5 minutes by car to the ski slope. More expensive prices except of all inclusive.

Absolutely stunning! Staff patient, friendly and with good sense of humor. Food, spa and playground area - excellent! Private ski shuttle, the ski room great with dryers.

I’d improve WiFi (and make it secure with password), as well as the water pressure in the bathroom. Somewhat I was not able to regulate the temperature in the room (was too hot and all the radiators were zero). It would also be good to offer ski bus return for lunch time and after lunch time. All that said it’s just recommendation :)

Schlafzimmer zu warm. Eine Auffangmatte der Schneereste für die nassen Schuhe im Zimmer wäre hilfreich.

sehr gutes Essen, Sekt zum angegebenen Zeitraum, toller Pool und Sauna, Kinderprogramm super und schöne Aussicht auf den Wilden Kaiser rechtsrum und links zur Finkenbergalm und Kitzbüheler Horn
