Perfect for a family holiday wish we found this earlier Staff friendly and helpful Safe haven for the kids

I highly recommend the hotel. It is very family-friendly, with thoughtful details like bed supports, creams, and lotions for kids, as well as many other amenities that made our stay perfect. Our property was spacious, with two bathrooms, and the parking spot was just a few steps away. The hotel also features a warm indoor swimming pool, a relaxing spa area with a sauna and Finnish bath. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive, making our experience even more enjoyable

Excellent facilities, friendly stuff perfect for kids any age

The second time back to this place, great family hotel, amazing kids friendly programs, and facilites. Wonderful breakfast and dinner, afternoon cakes were fantastic! Staff is friendly and very helpful with kids.

The spa and wellness facilities are older and in basement-like space; they weren’t switched on during our stay with no explanation

Everything was wonderful - spacious rooms, lovely staff, facilities, food (including gluten free options) and the efficiency of handling any technical requests. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend to families and family reunions, arriving all three generations, from grandparents to grandchildren. The kids enjoyed the pools and roaming around in between other playing facilities, while adults enjoyed some quality time over wine and beer.
