very nice and helpful staff perfect use for children - especially lisi world rich breakfast events for children and accompanying programme plenty of parking spaces right next to the hotel the location is close to the ski areas and also offers great hiking opportunities (it is not in the centrum of the city which is rather an advantage for a stay with children) overall the stay was very pleasant and met expectations

the hot tub next to the pool remembers better times (however, it was functional) showering in the room was not very comfortable (sometimes the water was hot and sometimes cold, it was not possible to regulate it)

Food

Everything you need to have for a relaxing holiday with kids. The soft play and the team working there were amazing! Also close to Kitzbuhle and many ski lifts. The food was good with a variety of options and special kids menu and particularly appreciated the long opening hours for breakfast.

For the price they could have included the kids sledge in the price rather than charging extra for it.

All facilities for the kids are really good, compare to the previous year a lot of toys were missed.

The food: if you consider to have all inclusive - this is no go, poor variety of dishes, and strange timing, specifically for the lunch, like till 13.30. We stayed at the same room number as in previous year, and there was “new” old coach, was really dirty. Since this yer they started charging rent for the sleigh 😄

The receptionists know very little about the area, we asked about activities that we never got feedback on everything from snow shoeing to ski school, they had little insight about the times that applied for lunch etc. The beds were very uncomfortable
