Location was the best and price wasnt bad

2 tvs and not a single smart one , smart tvs are dirt cheap now and the shower head was terrible along with the floor

Lifts were not working. We were stuck on ground floor for long time at 1 am. Staff was rude next morning. Kitchen appliances were not working.

"Great location but lots of negative issues."

Location was excellent!

Aircon was not working, pedestal fans provided in the bedroom šŸ™šŸ™ Lift was faulty - one of the lifts was under repair, the other one call button on ground floor was not working , you had yo wait for someone to use the lift to come down to ground level before you could go up. Was waiting for 20mins at 1030 pm for the lift to arrive . No stairways to get to out 9 th floor either. šŸ™šŸ™šŸ™ Sofas were stained and dingy !
