Urban Apartments Melbourne on Elizabeth

Location was amazing close to everything and the apartment was clean and the fact it had two bathrooms and two bedrooms was even better

There is a front desk to collect the key. You can use the app but it didn't recognise my mobile number so didn't work for me. If I was arriving out of business hours I would have contacted someone to get the app to work. You can then use your phone to enter the room.

The app didn't recognise my mobile number but I was happy with the physical key card anyway.

User friendly, great location, excellent staff that were kind and always welcoming. The facilities and the cleanliness were great.

Nothing

The hotel usually runs from a program that allows your room key to be on your phone. This wouldn't work for my phone, and instead of becoming bothered, the gentleman at the desk was more than happy to help me get sorted, showing great kindness and promptness in his response and help! The room itself was lovely and spacious, with plenty of room to make you feel right at home! The bed was beyond comfortable, as were the sofas and chairs. There were a few treats left by the hotel, too, which made it a warm welcome from Sydney. Despite being on one of the busiest streets, I would not say the room was overly loud, and was in fact a bit better than I anticipated due to the traffic! This apartment is set to become my sure-fire stay next time I visit Melbourne City!!

The showers need some regulation of heat and temperature! Even when you go it to a degree that felt good, it would quickly turn back to an almost scalding temperature. Also, a point in the direction of a key drop box upon arrival, as I was a bit confused about what to do with my key upon my early departure (but that is probably my fault haha)

Location. Spacious apartment and perfect for what we needed.

Location was great. Room was spacious. I could work in one space and sleep in a different space. Loved that.

I might have misunderstood the purpose of the digital access card, but assumed I could check in and get my key out of hours. It wasn't helpful for me in the end compared to normal check in.
